Lindsay Lohan’s Probation Revoked

2012 White House Correspondents' Association Dinner - Arrivals

This news will surely come as a surprise – to no one, ever.

As predicted yesterday,  Lindsay Lohan’s  probation for her jewelry theft case was revoked this morning by Los Angeles judge Commissioner Jane Godfrey.

Commissioner Godfrey felt there was enough reason to believe Blohan may have lied to police when she stated she was the passenger and not the driver in her June 2012 car accident when her Porsche re-ended a semi-truck on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Commissioner Godfrey set Lilo’s hearing date for January 15, 2013.

However, according to TMZ, Judge Godfrey is not a fan of sending people to the clink, so it’s there’s a good chance Blohan’s attorney Shawn Holley (who has got to the be the hardest working woman in the biz) will be able to keep her most famous client out of jail once again.

What a way to kick off a new year, LiLo.  We expect nothing less from you.
